TheVoIPstudio CTI Connector enables Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) of customer relationship management (CRM) activities, which greatly improves productivity and customer experience. The connector for Oracle Sales Cloud can be used for both outbound (click to call) and inbound connections (incoming caller screening).
