Oracle Sales Cloud Customers Can Use VoIPstudio CTI Connector To Improve Efficiencies

VoIPstudio, a specialist in high quality VoIP and Session Initial Protocol (SIP) communications and Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced that its CTI Connector is now available in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace offering added value to Oracle Sales Cloud customers.

The VoIPstudio CTI Connector enables Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) of customer relationship management (CRM) activities, which greatly improves productivity and customer experience. The connector for Oracle Sales Cloud can be used for both outbound (click to call) and inbound connections (incoming caller screening).
